Meet Laurent Simons, a 9-year-old boy who made headlines around the world as he sets to become the world's youngest university graduate.
Laurent is gonna graduate college in December at Eindhoven University in the Netherlands. What program is he gonna graduate from? Electrical Engineering!
The program is already hard even for average-aged students, making Simons’ feat all the more impressive.
Well, this is not surprising for a 9-year-old boy who already has an IQ of around 145.
He has a lot of plans right now, he wants to go after a PhD in Electrical Engineering while working toward a degree in Medicine at the same time.
Which is relevant for his plans in carrying out research on artificial organs and robotics.
Michael Kearney currently holds the title for youngest graduate after receiving a degree from the University of Alabama at the age of 10.
And here I am, a legal aged person struggling to survive college.
