I have a thought experiment for you.
It is evident that poverty is a serious problem not just in our country but also across the world. There are street dwellers who literally have no money, no food, no shelter, and no clothing.
1 billion children worldwide are living in poverty. According to UNICEF, 22,000 children die each day due to poverty. 805 million people worldwide do not have enough food to eat. Preventable diseases like diarrhea and pneumonia take the lives of 2 million children a year who are too poor to afford proper treatment
Life is indeed unfair. It makes us think that whether if they were just lazy in life, not working hard enough that they deserve such a miserable situation, or whether the odds in their life didn't just went into their favor that they are destined to be in that situation whether they like it or not.
So here's the question. Do you think poverty is a matter of choice or by chance?
