The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shredded the original Constitution. The Act of 1871 vandalized and sabotaged the Constitution. The words "Constitution for the United States of America" were changed to "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," the constitution of the incorporated UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Congress Changed the fundamental meaning of the Constitution. Without a proper amendment, and changed the fundamental structure of the government. By creating the corporation of the District of Columbia, they allowed it to borrow from foreign banks. The change made the corporation beholden to foreign powers.
The proof of the change is plain to see in the original Constitution on Display in the National Archives. The original Constitution read:
"We the People of the United States in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
Congress changed the casing of the words Constitution for the United States of America to all upper case CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
The people no longer had inalienable God-given rights but now have civil rights under the Constitution. The government can withdraw these rights at any time for any reason it chooses.
As we see in many of the laws passed in the 20th century, the government is slowly limiting our rights. Now, we are experiencing limitations to freedom of assembly and religion. Gubernatorial mandates limiting who can attend worship services have become common in many states. The governors and mayors all across the country ordered churches and synagogs closed. Police fined People for attending church services in their cars listening to the services on loudspeakers. Judges waved the fines for anyone who contested them. Still, it was an invasion of religious freedoms and the rights of peaceful assembly.
Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution.
We need to repeal this law, and we need to return to the Organic Constitution. We had rights then; now, we have permissions.
