Recently, someone asked me what's my Plan B. I don't have it, honestly, but I have always been trying to build different passive income streams, so that I can fall on them should my active income be jeopardized, or should I opt to take a breather from endless grinding. After all, I have always believed that we should not slave for money, but let money work for us.
I stumbled upon this NFT project on the Solana blockchain by accident, and boy, is it a pleasant one. You see, although I am invested in multiple blockchains, including Layer 1, smartBCH, Cardano, and others, I have never explored Solana before, somehow. However, about 1.5 months ago, I participated in a raffle and won myself an NFT. To claim it, I had to set up a wallet, and was recommended the Phantom browser extension.
I had no idea there would be more surprises in store for the project but after joining the artist's Discord, I got to know about the project's play book roadmap, and was delighted to learn about the NFT's passive income capability.

The floor price for Sports Rewind NFTs is 0.19 SOL (around US$8). Obviously, it goes without saying that you should always DYOR but I'm really digging the art. As you can probably tell from the name Sports Rewind, this is a sports-centric collection where all artwork is original digital art by the artist that goes by the Twitter handle @Huddo606.
All Sports Rewind's 1/1 NFTs on Magic Eden are eligible to receive a share of the monthly airdrop pool, an accumulation of a minimum 10% from the sale of NFTs from the collection. Snapshot is on the 23rd of every month, while the airdrop claim is on the 25th, or two days after.
As long as you hold at least one Sports Rewind 1/1 NFT in your wallet during the snapshot, you will be eligible for a share of the airdrop pool. If you have two Sports Rewind 1/1 NFTs in your wallet during the snapshot, you can claim two shares, and so on. The reward token is Solana, currently traded at US$42.86.

I have already claimed my first airdrop and it was a breeze. I was surprised at its low transaction fee. It was just 0.00001 SOL, or worked out to be US$0.0004. Shocking!
Sports Rewind is currently still building its community, so it's a good idea to follow their Twitter and join their Discord server. Earlier today, the Sports Rewind 66 community fitness program was launched. This is a fun way to be accountable for our own fitness commitment and motivate one another to stick to our exercise routine every day for the coming 66 days. Hopefully, after 66 days, the routine will then be part of our lifestyle, something that we must do to complete our day.
To keep the interest going, NFTs might be randomly dropped to active members of the program. This is indeed an excellent incentive.
