TRON was created by Justin Sun and now has dual headquarters, in Beijing and San Francisco.

According to the TRon foundation "TRON remains true to our original aspiration and believe ordinary people can also do extraordinary things" 

With that in miind and looking at  what the goal of the coin is to creating a decentralized Internet, in my humble opinion it is a good coin
