Review Your Business Plan

By luckyone | Effective Marketing | 29 Mar 2019

Every good plan need to reviewed. Your pal needs to be revied aat least once every year to see if you are on target. I really suggest quarterly review. This does not need to be drawn out but a quick glance at the numbers to see you are on track every quater. Take time and see what works and what needs to be tweaked as this review will help in the grand scheme of things.

Here are some of the strategies I suggest:

1) How are you are spending your marketing dollars. What brings traffic to your products and what does not work.

2) Selling more than one product is always best as you can piggy back both produvts

3) Eighty percent of your marketing dollars should be used to areas that bring in most revenue.

4) See if the discounts or promotion offers are working well for you.

5) Question your customer on how they would like to see your service improve. Accept praise but be gracious when you are faced with negativity.

6) Check how your marketing with partners is doing , if it does not work cut the umblical cord.

7) How competitive is your product pricing. If there is a great discrepancy then adjust acordingly.

8) Do strategic marketing as you need more band for your buck.

9) Sales conversions are important

10) Look for new leads to enhance your efforts and make them viable so that they achieve results.

A plan is as good as the the paper it is written on if it does not produce results. Buyers are emotional creatures and you need to keep that always in mind to be successful.
