Well, here I am with another entry—the third and possibly the last, although you never know.
We left off with Marcos returning from his unexpected but enjoyable summer vacation. He came back in high spirits until, not long after, his phone started ringing. Claudia called him. Then she called again. And again.
Marcos was receiving at least one call per hour from Claudia, who would spend several minutes talking to him each time. (Sometimes their calls lasted an hour—being with her became insufferable and unbearable.)
A normal person would’ve realized something was off. Of course, Marcos wasn’t normal, so it took him a while to catch on. Claudia was a little jealous. Okay, very jealous. She was even jealous of me and any other girl who came near the group.
Between her jealousy and the fact that Claudia had started talking to her ex again, things began to spiral. This set off a series of events that I’ll explain later. Add to that her love for drama, and it was clear she wasn’t making things any easier.
They also started arguing. At first, they managed to work things out, but even Marcos eventually realized this couldn’t go on for much longer. Still, he kept pushing the limits as far as he could.
He knew he’d have to be the one to take action at some point—or so Lucas and I hoped.
