A bitcoin company ‘BitFarms’ has recently sold Paso Pe Mine for $30 million. This announcement reveal that there is a signed definitive purchase agreement with the Sympothesia Power Fund (SPF). The SPF is a cryptocurrency infrastructure fund that is managed by Singapore’s Hawksburn capital to sell its Paso Pe Mining Facilities for $30 million.
They are expected to received $9 million in cash in the first quarter of 2026 while the remaining $21 million to be received within the next ten months after closing. It’s on record that this transaction marks the official exit of BitFarm from the latin American crypto market.
