So actually top rated Premier league player Liverpool´s defender Virgil Van Dijk (average score 72/100) is valued at 43€. But you need 5 players with total avg score 270 pts, that´s 275/5=54 pts for every player (Of course you can buy also Virgil with score 72, but then rest of players must have lower score.) So I recommend buy players with average score about 54 which are cheaper, for example:

D.Dalot (Manchester U.), avg 54,: 7€
L.Paqueta (West Ham), avg 55: 20€
H.Maguire (Manchester U.), avg 53: 6€
