My idea is to share with you easy ways to earn Bitcoins & Co.
I'm not talking about some dubious sites that ask for your crypto address to supposedly send you 'free' Ether or Bitcoin and then try to charge you a 'network fee'. They are lousy scammers - hands off!!
No, I'm talking about legitimate ways to get crypto for free.

CryptoTab Browser as a gateway to the crypto world!

First of all I would like to tell you about how I came to Bitcoin as a complete newbie.
To be honest, I was just looking for an alternative to my slow Firefox browser!
By coincidence I got from Google search to the CryptoTab browser.
Well, I was quite skeptical at first and thought for what on earth should this Browser be better than my old, well-known Firefox!
I thought: 'You can earn Bitcoins with what you do all day anyway - browsing the internet! You have nothing to lose!' ... and then it was already installed ...

I immediately noticed the difference in speed between CryptoTab and Firefox! The chrome users among us would say at this point: 'This is obvious, after all CryptoTab also runs on chromium base!' But compared to pure Google Chrome or Morzilla Firefox, this one provides an added value - it digs Bitcoins in the background!
As more and more Satoshis (subunits of Bitcoin) came in, my interest in cryptocurrencies was awakened. I started looking for topics related to Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies... That's how it all started!

Earn Bitcoin while browsing - a smart script makes it possible

So how does it work to earn Bitcoin with this browser? CryptoTab is based on a smart script, which automatically switches mining between several cryptocurrencies in oder to increase profit. In fact CryptoTab software is mostly mining Monero(XMR) and then converts them to Bitcoins in accordance with the current exchange rate. Following their website, this dynamic switching results in 8 times more income compared to the continuous mining of just one particular cryptocurrency!
You might worry about damaging your hardware, but from my own experience I can say that you hardly notice your laptop is mining in the background (no fans running at high speed etc.)

Provided, of course, that you set the mining speed to medium as shown in the picture! If the slider is set to MAX, the fan may well become louder. However, you can earn more with this setting, as it increases the hashrate (H/s, speed with which a new block is created) significantly.

Speaking of hardware: there is also a mobile app that allows mining whilst surfing! Here the app dials into the CryptoTab cloud mining network - i.e. all computers and mobile phones on which the app is installed and on which the mining option is activated!
This means that little or no computing power is needed and the hardware is spared! It is the community which thus runs a so-called mining pool and creates the next blocks together!

Will it make you rich?

So much for process behind it - what about profit? Well, there is no big money involved here anyway (and yes, 0.2 USD don't make you rich) - BUT think about it: Does Chrome or Firefox pay you for surfing?
It should also be noted that I use the browser for just a few days and have already made a test withdrawal of 0.00001005 BTC!
In addition you can increase your "profit" by inviting people to your mining network.
In my case there are (for the time being) only 7 people, who unfortunately do not mine actively and daily.
But maybe somebody is interested and wants to make some money while surfing ....

The 'hard-earned' Bitcoins can be withdrawn at any time and sent to your own wallet. The only requirement is a minimum of 0.00001 BTC. However this is likely the amount of Bitcoin you will already own after the first day having used CryptoTab - so no worries!
There are no additional costs in the form of withdrawal or network fees! In addition, the delivery of the Bitcoins from my withdrawal test took place without any problems, meaning that this is definitely no scam - they are really paying you! :)

Final thoughts

The browser doesn't make you rich, but rewards you for providing some processing power with a few Satoshis - that's better than getting nothing!
