Hello to all friends of Gimmi, another week has passed and you will find us here again giving you some numbers on our fantastic Passive Earning project.
Every Friday we will go to see the progress of the pools, the rewards that we would distribute today, your percentage of earnings and the annual return for each type of NFT.
We also make a small correction to the giveaway on Wednesday where we wrote that the copies of DARTH POO were the last two in reality also this week the two copies that we will give away are of DARTH POO in the Common version and not those of HULK POO will start from next week.

NFT VENDUTI
The situation to date is as follows: the week off from new releases has seen a physiological and fully expected decline in the direct sale of NFTs.
To date, 45 NFTs have been sold (only 3 more than last week) for a total of 284,400 Hives

As usual, by removing the 10% fee, 284,400 Hives are obtained, all of which have ended up in our beloved pool.

So this week we had an increase of 18,321 Hive for the pool from post earnings.
THE POOL
Thanks to these two data that we have collected it is therefore easy to find out the amount of the pool, from which, however, as usual, we have already removed the 40 Hive necessary to cover the costs of new releases and giveaways.
The pool thus amounts to
284,400 + 66,432 - 40 = 310,832 Hive
This week the pool increased by 30,621 Hive
Compared to the past week, we immediately notice a net increase in the percentage of the pool attributable to earnings from posting works. Almost 4% more than in the past week.
Therefore, notice that even if you slow down your sales, thanks to the almost constant earnings from the posts, your weekly rewards still undergo an increase.
WEEKLY REWARD
Now let's go and see the DEC tokens that we should distribute to all the participants in the pool to date.
Compared to the past week, we immediately notice a net increase in the percentage of the pool attributable to earnings from posting works. Almost 4% more than in the past week.

As of today, we should be distributing 371,025 DEC weekly divided as you see in the table above, 51,575 DEC more than the previous week.
At the time of writing this post, 371,025 DEC equals approximately 0.861 Hive.
We are therefore distributing around 0.336 Hives more than last week.
If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, namely 52.
We thus get an annual interest of 44,772 Hive.
This means that we are having an annual return of approximately 9.52% total on the initial investment made.
This week we see an increase of 0.46% more than the previous week thanks to our posting works and direct sales of NFT.

Salve a tutti amici di Gimmi, è passata un'altra settimana e ci trovate nuovamente qui a darvi un po' di numeri sul nostro fantastico progetto di Passive Earning.
Come ogni venerdì andremo a vedere i progressi delle pool, le reward che distribuiremmo oggi, la vostra percentuale di guadagni e il rientro annuo per ogni singola tipologia di NFT.
Facciamo anche una piccola correzione al giveaway di Mercoledì dove abbiamo scritto che le copie di DARTH POO erano le ultime due in realtà anche questa settimana le due copie che regaleremo sono di DARTH POO in versione Common e non quelle di HULK POO partiranno dalla prossima settimana.
Ma prima di analizzare tutti i numeri di oggi, lasciamo qui sotto il link per coloro che non sanno ancora di cosa stiamo parlando.
Andiamo a vedere i guadagni dalle vendite di questa settimana.
NFT VENDUTI
La situazione ad oggi è la seguente: la settimana di pausa dalle nuove uscite ha visto un calo fisiologico e del tutto aspettato della vendita diretta degli NFT.
Ad oggi sono stati venduti 45 NFT (soltanto 3 in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana) per un totale di 284,400 Hive

Come al solito, togliendo il 10% di fee, si ottengono 284,400 Hive tutti finiti all'interno della nostra amatissima pool.

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 18,321 Hive per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.
LA POOL
Grazie a questi due dati che abbiamo raccolto è quindi facile scoprire l'ammontare della pool, alla quale però, come al solito, abbiamo già tolto i 40 Hive necessari per coprire i costi di nuove uscite e giveaway.
La pool ammonta così a
284,400 + 66,432 - 40 = 310,832 Hive
Questa settimana la pool è aumentata di 30,621 Hive
Rispetto alla settimana passata notiamo subito un netto aumento della percentuale di pool imputabile ai guadagni dalle opere di posting. Quasi un 4% in più rispetto alla settimana passata.
Notate quindi che pur frenando le vendite, grazie ai guadagni quasi costanti dai post, le vostre reward settimanali subiscono comunque un aumento.

Ora invece andiamo a vedere i token DEC che dovremmo distribuire ad oggi a tutti i partecipanti alla pool.

Ad oggi dovremmo distribuire 371,025 DEC settimanali divisi come vedete nella tabella sopra, 51,575 DEC in più rispetto alla settimana precedente.
Al momento in cui scriviamo questo post, 371,025 DEC equivalgono a circa 0,861 Hive.
Stiamo distribuendo quindi circa 0,336 Hive in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana.
Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 44,772 Hive.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 9,52% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.
Questa settimana registriamo un aumento dello 0,46% in più rispetto alla settimana precedente grazie alle nostre opere di posting e alla vendita diretta di NFT.
