We’re off to a rough start, and I want to be completely transparent about the situation.
I had a ZBD account that I planned to use for payouts to other ZBD users. However, after getting a new phone, I was required to re-verify my ID. I attempted to do so, and while my ID upload initially went through, it was later rejected — and my account has since been closed.
I contacted ZBD support regarding this issue, but the chatbot response stated that accounts from my country are currently being closed. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any other way to send payouts through the ZBD platform. My apologies for the inconvenience.
Moving forward, I may have to discontinue ZBD support and only use Blink and Wallet of Satoshi for payments.
If you currently use a ZBD account, please email me proof of ownership along with your new wallet details. I’ll manually transfer your balance and sharepoints to your new account.
P.S. If I manage to recover my ZBD account, ZBD payouts will be allowed again — but until then, they’re temporarily on hold.
