I've had a busy fortnight.
No, not the game, the two-week period.
9 days ago, last Monday, I finally launched PoolFaucet.
[Note: that "referral" is just for tracking where signups come from. The site is hardwired so admins can't claim or use points.]
It took about a month longer to build than anticipated because the online environment has changed drastically since I last built a website. There are still the usual crawlers and bots, but now there are numerous adblockers, VPNs, spambots, register-bots and goodness only knows what else. And with AI running rampant and doing whatever it wants, I needed to build a lot more security into the setup.

Smartest move? Not putting any wallets or user details online (apart from the essential login/password). With no money sitting there waiting to be stolen, the site's a boring target.
The second project officially goes online today.
I got really fed up of looking for crypto answers and getting sales pitches.
You know, you type a question like "Do I need a hardware wallet?"
And the responses are all "Here are the top 10 best hardware wallets in 2026", replete with affiliate links and a load of marketing.
You didn't ask that. You asked whether you needed one. So then you end up hunting through Reddit and a bunch of other places, trying to find helpful answers, filtering out the useless stuff that doesn't apply to my situation and other general nonsense.

So I built a website to answer those questions with interactives and logic trees.
It's called PlainCrypto and you're welcome to use it, tell me how crap it is or whatever else you think about it.
It has 6 interactives/questions for now, with another 6 on the way. I'll add more when I think of them.
Apart from all that, I also did a wee trade this week.
With ETH moving sideways, I figured I'd pop in a buy (and TP) within its current wobble range.
So I set my "up" buy with about 2/3 of my funds at $2,600. TP at $2,740 for over 5% profit, though I'll take less if it moves sideways again.
And then ETH bombed this morning, right down to about $2.560.

So that went well.
My "down" buy is still at $2,200, just in case!
How's your week going? Grabbing something tasty in this wee dip?
