I'm not going to make this sound better than it was.
No dramatic breakthrough. No overnight success. No moment where everything suddenly clicked and the money started flooding in.
My first $100 online took 11 weeks.
Eleven weeks of writing articles nobody read. Eleven weeks of sending pitches that got ignored. Eleven weeks of watching other people post their earnings online and wondering if I was just wasting my time.
Week 8 someone replied to one of my pitches. They needed two short blog posts. $35 each. I almost replied immediately but waited ten minutes so I wouldn't look desperate.
I did the work in one night. Sent it. They paid same day through Payoneer.
$70 sitting in an account with my name on it. Dollars. Real ones.
The remaining $30 came from Publish0x tips across articles I had written weeks earlier — content I had almost deleted because I thought nobody was reading it.
So my first $100 was not one big win.
It was $70 from a client I almost gave up waiting for.
And $30 from articles I almost deleted.
That's the real story.
And the lesson inside it is simple —
The things you almost quit on are usually the things that end up paying you.
Don't let 11 weeks of silence convince you that nothing is working. Sometimes the results are just loading in the background.
Keep going.
