After the first post was published on Floyx I was surprised by the number of likes and comments...

The matter was repeated after the publication of the first article.

I was very happy with this interaction, which I cannot find on other similar sites.

It was also encouraging more writing and publishing... and interacting with articles and posts of other members.

But soon after I discovered that it was not true!

It is just an illusion..!

Just perform daily tasks!

In Floyx site... No one expresses his true admiration... and no one writes an objective comment or even a result of reading the post or article except for a very few serious members who really care about the content and interact with it...

It was a shock to me and the first emotion turned into its complete opposite...

I no longer care about the comments or the likes...

They are all just executing daily tasks in order to obtain the $ 0.30 in rewards allocated for performing daily tasks ($ 0.10 per task before reducing it to $ 0.010 then increase it to $ 0.050).

The real problem... I myself started turning into a person who performs tasks on a daily basis to earn the same amount!!

A bright side... but!

Of course, this is not good.

I do not deny that it has a bright and beautiful side represented in the positive interaction with articles and posts, which encourages more of them, especially for beginners who very much need such interaction and this encouragement...

But at the same time, it is frustrating!

You look at the comments and find them empty of any content or meaning sometimes... Even that some members sometimes do not bother themselves writing any word and are content to put emoji because his goal is to get the reward for doing the task nothing more... He really has nothing to say About the post or article... But he is forced to do so in order to get $ 0.10 (previously!!) to be able to reach a profit of one dollar from performing tasks within three days without doing anything else!

They are reactants, But Non-Doers!

This system has created a kind of Non-Doers members.. they reactants in order to make an easy and very large profit compared to working on what is known as free profit sites (someone might get $ 1 after daily work for a period of a month or more!!) And this made a large of members are reactants, but not doers!

I think that the difference is very clear...

The reactant is the person who proves his existence through making a liking or comment... just likings or comments. They exist but have no effect!!

As for the doer, he is the person who proves his existence by writing good posts and articles useful to the rest of the members, and at the same time, he encourages those who write something good with a comment that may draw the writer’s attention to he may add to what the writer has proposed or shed light on a specific point, or he may criticize a deficiency in the article in order to correct it. Later on.. and when he puts a liking for the article or the post, he does so because he already liked what he read and not in order to get something in return for performing a meaningless task!

So you will notice, for example, that the (Like) and (Comment) are very much because this is what is requested in the daily tasks.. but the (Follow) and (Share) are very weak because it is not a daily task!

How is the Floyx team addressing this issue?!

Undoubtedly, the Floyx team didn't mean that the daily tasks would lead to such a bad situation, especially since these reactants made the site look poor in terms of content; Because the number of its effecters is shrinking with the passage of time.. they get $ 1 every three days by performing daily tasks and voting for articles that they do not read in the first place .. so what is the need after that to write or work to be effective?!!

But the question that arises is: How does the Floyx team address this issue... they definitely feel it more than any other member.

They have already started to take strict measures... The beginning was by reducing the daily tasks reward to $ 0.010 per task... I personally objected to this procedure because it started before the alternative was provided... But when I thought about the matter, I found it inevitable .. and I do not object to it. Except because it is applied without announcing a full update and providing alternatives that differentiate between the active member on the site, and the reactant member who enters to get task rewards and goes after that without any addition or real benefit to the site or to other members.

The real problem facing Floyx

I fully trust the Floyx team's ability to create critical solutions that add and enrich the Floyx user experience.

Although they are facing a real problem represented in the anticipated reluctance of a number of members who are accustomed to easy and quick profits without making a real effort...

These often will not tolerate the new situation that the Floyx team seeks, and we should not treat them as Spam... It created the situation that existed from them human models of spam!

Therefore, we should not deal with them harshly... but rather try to attract them so that they turn from negative reactants to positive reactants.

As for the second problem facing the Floyx team, it is the lack of expected interaction with posts and articles.. which is also expected after the completion of the upcoming updates... The incentive to reward performing a daily task achieves great interaction... It is true that it is a fake interaction that does not express the truth. But it Interacts anyway...

How does the Floyx team get over these issues?

We can only be patient until the Floyx team finishes developing and updating it as expected... After that, we can applaud warmly... or alert to problems that appeared after the update... In both cases we must extend our sincere thanks to the Floyx team who works sincerely on developing the site and updating it constantly for the sake of Members... and we must be patient as they always ask of us!!
