Why you need PHD to succeed

Hi guys i will try to explain you why the existence of PHD is important to succeed in a Field .

As academic term means Doctor of Philosophy but i do not mean that .

In life PHD means Poor Hungry Driven.

If you are Poor, you will work harder to become rich.

If you are Hungry, you will work more and more and more to have money to eat.

And also to be Driven to succeed

All these 3 words = motivation.

Without motivation there is no way to succeed
