My progress to FM chess title - critical position #4

Hi guys, as i have told you in my first article to my progress to FM chess title i will give critical positions for analysis.

This was a game with IM William Paschall (2337) . It was a simul game with 25 players. The time control was 20 min + 40 sec / move vs 80 min + 40 sec / move. His result was + 18 = 4 - 3

My last move was  38. a4  and it was a plan that i followed some moves before. The plan was to play a5 and the black king must stay there and with my king I could conquer the kingside, but immediately i understood that i am loosing right now. The game was continued 38...Kc7 ??  +- 39.a5 Kb7 40.Kd4 Kc7 41.h4 Kb7 42.Ke3

Conclusion: The pawn endgames need calculation because you can easily loose a winning position or the opposite
