In Iran, Saturday is Monday?!

Could you imagine your weekend being 1 day shorter?! ... Here in Iran, that’s the reality.

Instead of Monday morning kicking off your work week, it is SATURDAY morning in Iran.

And the work week ends on Thursday night, making Friday the one and ONLY day to spend your weekend.

When I think of Saturday's growing up, I think of them being spent at a sporting event or watching movies or relaxing on the beach -- not spent in an office!

As I strolled around Tehran (capital city of Iran) early this Saturday morning, I was confused to see heavy traffic on the streets and the markets booming with life — but nonetheless, it was a unique experience and that’s the beauty of travel.

Because truth be told, the more I travel, the more I realize how little I actually know about the world.

More to come from this beautiful country of Iran!
