I Ran in the PYONGYANG Marathon (NORTH KOREA)

By Drew Binsky | DrewBinsky Travel | 26 Oct 2020

The highlight of my trip to North Korea was running in the Pyongyang Marathon last April!

It was the ONLY time that I was able to leave our tour group, and freely run around the streets of Pyongyang (within the marked-off boundaries).

I took full advantage of this 2 hours, to mingle and interact with the locals on the sidelines, who were cheering me on and giving me hi-fives!

Would you ever go to North Korea?
