I wanted to share how excited my daughter is about Christmas. She absolutely adores this holiday, along with all of our other traditional celebrations, because it gives her the perfect opportunity to indulge in her passion for crafting.

A few years ago, we moved to a new country and unfortunately had to leave behind most of our holiday ornaments and decorations. As a result, our previous Christmases have been a bit lacking in terms of festive spirit.

However, this year, my daughter has been inspired to create a beautiful handmade Christmas, and I have gladly (because she joyfully volunteered me) joined her in this endeavour.

The journey towards our handmade Christmas began a few weeks ago when new tenants moved into the condos across the lane from us. As they settled in, she noticed that they had thrown away a box f from a brand new washer. To get, it felt like someone had dropped a bag of gold right at our doorstep. My daughter couldn't contain her excitement and called us down, urging us to retrieve this unexpected treasure. Since then, she has been tirelessly cutting.

Today, I finally had a moment to help her with her projects. We spent some quality time together, working on our handmade Christmas decorations. I must say, the results are absolutely adorable. We even found the perfect spot for our handmade Christmas tree, which we had left to run errands. Upon our return, it brought us a sense of comfort and joy.
