It was a friday scary night when tears rushly flowing down my cheeks. I was nervous, sad, anxious, and almost bursting in tears. How could he do that? How could she do that? How could they betray a naive heart? I thought that night would be different. I thought that night would be the best night of my dreams. But it wasn't!
I was crying and bursting in pain, not knowing which way to go, which path to take and which shed to cry on. I was feeling helpless.
Then I heard a whispering wind passes through my ears with a cold breezing dew, oh yeah, it's already dawn and I am still here. I was amaze that it's been a while since I cried knowing not on what to do. I want to scream to let out all the pain from within, but I don't want to break the silence and the chilling breeze that sorrounds me.
I hear the voice again saying, "what are you so worried about? Why are you feeling pain and anxious?" Then I ask myself of why do I feel that way. I realize one thing, that I was not betrayed. I was not intentionally pained but I choose to cross the bridge and feel the pain when I get there.
It's me! It's my fault for letting go. It's my fault for not holding a little. It's my fault for not staying a little while.
Then I ran as fast as I can back to my own shed and realize that the feeling I was feeling isn't about being betrayed by anyone but it's about holding back and keeping the love untold from within my heart.
How can I let go if I am not holding something onto myself? How can I feel the pain if I am not feeling the love from within? Oh, yeah! The problem is in me.
But, the love untold that I kept within my heart will never be told again for it dies a natural death where no one could ever revive it. It was wrapped with fear, tight with pride and sealed with selfishness. I want to free myself from those but it was too late because he has someone else to cheerish even before the day I met him.
It's a love untold that taught me how to recognize a love unspeakable.
