Hi guys,  in will try to explain you the way that you can reach at TOP.

But what is PHD ? It is an academic title ? Yes it is but these three letters of Rick's tshirt have a different meaning.

So what means PHD ? Poor , Hungry , Driven

Why Pood ? You must be Poor , so you must work to become richer.

A nice but why hungry? If you are not hungry you will no need to eat , so you will not work

And why driven ? Because you may be poor and hungry you will no succeed without be driven. It is very important to have a good mentor to let free your forces for the TOP. 

Also the PhD academic, has the same philosopshy, everyone makes PhD to succeed , but during the academic years the loose the road to the top.

So i can give you the three basics caracteristics to become successful and reach at the top.
