Is it easy to reach 2000 + fide rated player during 2021??

How ??

First of all you must learn the must know chess endgame theory . I propose the 100 endgames you must know writter by De La Villa.

If you have no a lot time, study only with Rooks and with Pawns. But it is proposed to study them PERFECT.

Next step, practise these endgames with Stockfish 3000 at Lichess and hold the correct result. When you are able to play perfect these endgames you already in another level.

But you must also study middlegame and openings.

Openings you must study everything you want .

At middlegames, essential is the pawn structures of Baburin.

Also a good serie of books is the "Excellence" of Agaard.

If you study very well an opening with White very well,  one also with black (proposed d6 to everything), the structures of Baburin and the endgames of de la villa + the series of Agaard you are already 2000 + 

but how i can prove this before i play in a tourney??

You can travel in all over the world and stay at cheap hotels to combine chess with vacations. I propose in Greek Island the summer (for chess) or at Serbia for hard tourneys.
