Hi guys, the new superstar of European  Basketball is Greek (Giannis Antetokoumbo is greek but his origin is from Nigeria) and his name is Lefteris Mantzoukas 

He was born at 2003 (08.07.2003) at Ioannina and he plays for Promitheas Patron (most of you , it is possible to hear this team for 1st time, but before 1 month just won her first cup at her history)

At the age of 14 (14.02.2017) made his debut at Greek League breaking the record of the youngest player that ever competed in the League by scoring 2 points ar 1 minunte .Last holder of this record was Papagiannis (i am sure you know this player. He was playing at NBA and now he is the center of Panathinaikos BC and he is only 23)

At the age of 15 (10.10.2018) he debuted at BCL (Basketball Champions League) at the game Promitheas Patron vs Ostande but he stayed scoreless.

As the age of 16 (2.10.2019) he debuted at Eurocup at the game Promitheas Patron vs Maccabi Rishon, by scoring 2 points.

He is also started of Greek Teams u - 16 ,  u -14 and u -12 when he was at this age with astonishing records.

This summer was close to sign with Olympiacos BC but.......

So you understand that despite his 17yo he is enough experience player - for his age.

Yesterday Promitheas Patron has 4 absent players because of Coronovirus, so it was his chance to play more minutes at the game with Grand Canaria at Spain. He played 32 min and 45 sec by scoring 24 points (3/4 2 points shots , 6/6 3points shots) , taking 4 rebounds and making 2 assists.

I am sure that this guy , will be at next nba draft and will take a good position . 

Just remind this name when he will be a great player !!!
