Hi guys, when started the protestation in US and all over the world i read at net that the company that was producing Uncle Ben's rice accused of racism and the protestors want to change the logo of rice

Finally this happenned yesterday

Lets try to describe why they want to change the logo. We can see a bow-tied Black man so they accused the  company's imagery and symbolism is promotin  racial stereotypes.

So for this reason the Mars Company decided to change the name 

But who is really the face of Unce Ben's ? It is an image of a Chicago Maître d'hôtel, who his name is Frank Brown.

I can say who is correct or not , but the conclusion is that we can see the power of net and how they managed to succeed the change of an historical logo. So never understimate the power , the tsunami that can provoke the internet !!!
