Ben Francis  before Gymshark had developed two fitness apps (Fat Loss Abs Guide and iPhysique)

During his university years (2010-2013) was working as a delivery huy at Pizza Hut earning  5 pounds per hour.

And at 2012 he created Gymshark.

How the company earned clients??

Paid about 80 fitness influencers (Lévesque) from $6,000 - $100,000 per year and this strategy has as result  Gymshark to attract  2+ million TikTok followers (Nike’s 1.3 million and Adidas zero ;) )

Also another strategy he folloew was to pay influencers as little as $500 a month to flaunt his threads on phone screens.

As you undestand because it has a big tik tok audience attract young shoppers.
