Hoy he terminado de ver las tres temporadas de esta serie italiana del año 2.017 emitida en España en la plataforma Netflix. 

Lo cierto es que al principio la serie se desarrolla de forma dinámica, y nos va relatando el día a día de los bajos fondos de Roma de mano de varios grupos de mafiosos que manejan las diferentes zonas de Roma. Por una parte está Alberto Spadino (atención al fondo de armario del colega), un gitano cuya familia, bajo el mando de su hermano Manfredi, lucha por su parte del pastel. Por otro, está Aureliano Adami, hijo del jefe de otra familia romana mas tradicional, que junto a su hermana Livia nos acompañarán a lo largo de los primeros capítulos, y por último, Gabrielle Marchili, hijo de un policia que se unirá a los dos anteriores.

Con el paso de los capítulos, y las temporadas, irán apareciendo otros personajes importantes para la trama: Samurai, el mafioso que está por encima de todos en la ciudad de Roma, Amedeo Cinaglia, un político con ansias de poder, también podremos ver cardenales corruptos, y así todo un microcosmos de personajes, cada uno con su función y su lugar en la historia.

La serie me gustó al principio, pero tras ver un buen número de capítulos, llegué a la conclusión de que le faltaba consistencia, ya que todo se desarrolla alrededor de infinitos tratos entre unos y otros personajes, y esto se repite constantemente.

Para mi, uno de los mejores papeles en la serie en lo que a interpretación se refiere es la de Giacomo Ferrara, que da vida a Alberto Spadino. Tanto por su estética, que le da cierta comicidad a la serie, hasta por los gestos y su forma de moverse. 

Y hasta aquí puedo leer, ya que no quiero hacer ningún spoiler. Para terminar, decir que la última temporada solo tiene 6 capítulos, por lo que puedo deducir que tuvieron que finalizarla antes de tiempo, posiblemente debido a la pérdida de audiencia.

Today I have finished watching the three seasons of this Italian series from the year 2.017 broadcast in Spain on the Netflix platform.

The truth is that at the beginning the series develops in a dynamic way, and it tells us the day-to-day life of the underworld of Rome at the hands of various gangsters who run the different areas of Rome. On the one hand there is Alberto Spadino (pay attention to the colleague's wardrobe), a gypsy whose family, under the command of his brother Manfredi, fights for their share of the cake. On the other, there is Aureliano Adami, son of the head of another more traditional Roman family, who together with his sister Livia will accompany us throughout the first chapters, and finally, Gabrielle Marchili, son of a policeman who will join the two previous.

As the chapters and seasons go by, other important characters will appear for the plot: Samurai, the mobster who is above all in the city of Rome, Amedeo Cinaglia, a politician with a desire for power, we can also see cardinals corrupt, and thus a whole microcosm of characters, each with its function and its place in history.

I liked the series at first, but after watching a good number of chapters, I came to the conclusion that it lacked consistency, since everything is developed around infinite deals between one and the other characters, and this is constantly repeated.

For me, one of the best roles in the series as far as acting is concerned is that of Giacomo Ferrara, who plays Alberto Spadino. Both for its aesthetics, which gives the series a certain humor, even for the gestures and the way they move.

And so far I can read, since I do not want to make any spoilers. To finish, say that the last season only has 6 chapters, from what I can deduce that they had to end it early, possibly due to the loss of audience.
