Quiero hacer un breve inciso en esta serie de publicaciones sobre un recién llegado al TRADING con criptomonedas Desde que llegué al mundo del trading, solo fueron necesarios un par de días para darme cuenta de las semejanzas que existían con el mundo del póker, y me explico.

Hace 7 u 8 años decidí dedicar parte de mi tiempo libre a aprender a jugar al póker, concretamente a la variedad Texas Holdem, con la única finalidad no ya de vivir de ello, sino de intentar simplemente que se convirtiese en una fuente de ingresos extra para complementar mi sueldo.

En poco tiempo aprendí mucho, leyendo libros, con vídeos, en Internet,  y aprendí no solo sobre las reglas del juego, sino también sobre las  implicaciones psicológicas, cómo gestionar el capital, lo que se debía hacer y lo que no. Y siempre intentando jugar con la cabeza, centrado y con las ideas claras.

En un tiempo, y con no poco esfuerzo, estaba jugando simultáneamente en 12 mesas. Y también me di cuenta que el tiempo que me requería a diario era excesivo y me costaba mantener el ritmo necesario. Para entonces habían pasado unos cuantos meses... y decidí dejarlo.

Tal y como comencé diciendo, el mundo del póker me recuerda mucho al del trading con criptomonedas: es simplemente eso, un juego, sin mas, con sus implicaciones psicológicas y todo lo demás. Una veces se gana y otras se pierde, y hay que entender que funciona así y no dejarse llevar por las emociones.

Si existe alguna diferencia entre ambas cosas, es que no voy a cometer el mismo error que cometí en su día con el póker. Sin prisa pero sin pausa, voy  avanzando en el estudio de todo este universo, pero sin agobios y dedicando el tiempo del que disponga, con la finalidad, claro está, de que algún día pueda conseguir lo que con el póker no pude.

I want to make a brief paragraph in this series of publications about a newcomer to TRADING with cryptocurrencies. Since I arrived in the world of trading, it only took a couple of days to realize the similarities that existed with the world of poker, and let me explain .

7 or 8 years ago I decided to dedicate part of my free time to learning to play poker, specifically the Texas Holdem variety, with the sole purpose of not just making a living from it, but simply trying to make it become a source of extra income to supplement my salary.

In a short time I learned a lot, reading books, with videos, on the Internet, and I learned not only about the rules of the game, but also about the psychological implications, how to manage capital, what to do and what not to do. And always trying to play with the head, centered and with clear ideas.

At one time, and with no small effort, he was simultaneously playing 12 tables. And I also realized that the time it took me daily was excessive and it was difficult for me to keep up with the necessary pace. By then a few months had passed ... and I decided to quit.

As I started by saying, the world of poker reminds me a lot of cryptocurrency trading: it is simply that, a game, without more, with its psychological implications and everything else. Sometimes you win and other times you lose, and you have to understand that it works like this and not get carried away by emotions.

If there is any difference between the two, it is that I am not going to make the same mistake that I made in poker. Slowly but surely, I am progressing in the study of this entire universe, but without stress and dedicating the time I have, in order, of course, that one day I can achieve what I could not do with poker.
