......on a Sunday night as cold as it is, why not meditate.
Today it's different, different because I've been learning something I didn't know, this "now" thing. We're talking about the only fragment of time that exists and that no one ever finds without meditation and silence and years of practice, The "Present".
The present time is seen as unattainable, after all, how many times have you already looked at the clock today?
But if you want to know the truth, you can live in the present, without reliving things from the past and without being anxious about the future, and that happens through meditation. I tried several times thinking that nothing would come of it, but now I don't want to stop, I think about the future of course but it doesn't worry me anymore I think about the past when I want to think... that's the greatest gift of meditation... you can choosing what to think about and if you don't want to think about anything and enter the "now" also works.
Because it's obvious that if you're thinking and it's not creative thinking, all that's left is to be in the past or the future... so you lose the present, the only time that really exists where some significant change in our life can happen.
You must know that it is very difficult to talk about meditation without making any religious reference, but I don't want to raise this type of ideology, because I respect all people.
But if you find yourself distressed by some kind of worry, just sit down and put your hands together, keep your eyes half open and focus on your breathing.
We just need to train until we dissolve the ego and find the present!
