They will speak... about the problem of crisis managers.

It's starting again, after all, it always does... And that's why I hate social interactions at "normal" work, whether in industry, a supermarket, a government office, or construction, it doesn't matter, this problem always starts, and if they can't readjust your routine to reach the next goal, they won't stop.

1- They won't stop because they believe your previous output is the standard. Nobody will take into account that you arrived early and left late, worked overtime practically every day, and after a lot of exhaustion, you reached the previous goal. Now, next month, you're already exhausted from day one. How can you reach a goal if you feel extremely tired from the previous one?

2- They won't stop because they are people just like us, just like every human being, with good and evil crossing a thin line of interest and reputation. They won't stop; they will always demand more to gain status with the boss...

THEY WON'T STOP... maybe if you get back to meeting the target you can at least get them to shut up...

But who are they anyway?

I call them "crisis managers"—these are the supervisors, foremen, engineers, administrators... now imagine millions of people with little education and many needs to meet having to work from sunrise to sunset without much ability to choose where and what they will do (don't be fooled, they create targets even for a bricklayer's assistant) who, when crowded into a warehouse or building or factory, and because of their cultural differences and personal problems, repeatedly go into crisis, all kinds of crisis.

Personal problems, drug use, fights in romantic relationships, debts due to lack of money, and in my case, extreme tiredness and fatigue, which is the most common... So when this type of problem arises, the goal is compromised... Therefore, crisis managers begin to fill your ears with derogatory or threatening words so that peace in achieving the goal can be restored.

I'm not saying this for nothing; I've experienced it firsthand several times. Months ago, I hit all my targets, but last month I had to miss a few days, and now I won't reach the target set in the head of my "crisis manager," who is my supervisor at the construction site. So, he immediately said: "This month you lost your way, you could have done this, that, or the other thing, blah blah blah." In other months, I worked 15 hours a day! For God's sake, that's not the norm. Maybe the norm now is a tired employee who doesn't work overtime anymore. The targets met were the exception, not the rule...

I'll stop my text here... but don't forget, THEY WILL ALWAYS TALK BECAUSE THE TARGET IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU. IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT, THEY'LL REPLACE YOU AND DECEIVE THE NEXT ONE.

In the end, the epiphany is making your bank account depend solely and exclusively on you, without... A boss, no boss at all, no interpersonal interaction, so that things of this nature don't happen and make you sick.

Peace, brother.
