Two passion fruits and a box of chamomile tea.

My magic potion for a good night's sleep...

Today's post will be different; today I'll be the health section guy. I've always heard that passion fruit has calming properties and helps with sleep quality, so I went to the market and bought two passion fruits to make a "magic potion" to help me sleep better without medication, precisely because I don't have any kind of chronic insomnia, but because of the stress of daily life and the screen scrolling that you already know about, today will be different. Phone aside, TV off, today the bedroom will be a cave, because I need to improve the quality of my sleep.

So, thinking about the daily text, why not share with you how to prepare the "sleep potion"? I'll use chamomile, a calming tea that also has properties that aid sleep. These are two products readily available on the market, so I believe I don't need to worry about contraindications since I'll be going to sleep anyway. But please don't drink this during the day while you're busy at work... nothing like that, otherwise you'll fall asleep in front of your boss.

First, I'll make the chamomile tea: 200ml of almost boiling water (I'll use a 99-degree measure).

Next, I'll blend the passion fruit pulp in a blender...f20fafaf54bad0437e2bd73aa7a6ab72bf908e0090c31b2b7889193a579f8ea6.png

Along with the chamomile tea, strain it through a sieve to make a juice/tea. Yes, they will be mixed together in the blender, and after everything, add a spoonful of honey... AND GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE, SWEET DREAMS!
