Here in the state of Santa Catarina, there are many of these berries everywhere, on the soccer field in the neighborhood where I live there is one of these trees and from my house to my work there are two more trees like these.
We call this fruit "coquinho" it has a dough around it and it is very sweet, in the middle it has a seed like a coconut and inside it even has "cocada" but it is very small, you can also make crafts with the seed because it is very hard
I feel blessed by God to be able to pass by and fill my backpack, all free because it is in a public space right on the side of the road and it is cultural, everyone can go there and get it, its owner is God!
