Take a moment

Close your eyes

Now just listen....

Listen to the wind

Whistling through the trees

Listen to the birds singing in the distant breeze

Listen to all of the elements of life at their purest elements

Take in all of the romantic melodies of nature

Let them sooth your thoughts

Let them heal your broken soul

Now open your eyes

Take in the world around you with a breath of rebirth

Now reflect on what you have learned
