Iron Fish - Layer 1 proof-fo-work (PoW) Uses zero-knowledge proofs, gives you full control over transaction details with account view keys or transaction decryption keys.
A blockchain that provides privacy guarantees for every single transaction.
The project has attracted investments from a16z, Sequoia and Jeff Weiner , many other major funds:

On May 10, 2022, Testnet was launched - Phase 2! tutorial : https://ironfish.network/docs/onboarding/iron-fish-tutorial
The main network (mainet) will be launched:
“When all the technical tasks in our roadmap are completed. If you want to make this happen faster, consider applying on our careers page for a full-time developer position at Iron Fish :) or help us contribute to open source through the testnet incentive program.”
Roadmap: https://ironfish.network/roadmap
-Phase 2 is designed to test the load of the Iron Fish network
-Phase 2 will consist of 4 categories (categories are described in more detail on the testnet page of the site)

Node Maintenance
Running an Iron Fish node with telemetry enabled and graffiti logged in total gives you a maximum of 10 points for every 12 hours of work (even if multiple nodes are running).
https://testnet.ironfish.network/leaderboard find out your graffiti.
“Points will be automatically awarded to you in the leaderboard. To make sure your node is properly configured to receive points, we created a custom ironfish testnet command. Type this command before running the node to make sure everything is set up and installed with the graffiti you registered."
Please note that we have removed points for mining blocks from Phase 2, the only way to get coins is to mine them. Now you can (and easily!) create pools and join them. Feel free to join the Iron Fish team pool, Faucet in Phase 2 is disabled.
“We have allocated part of the genesis block solely to incentivize testnet users with $IRON tokens. If eligible, your Phase 1 and Phase 2 points will be prorated into tokens from this block when the $IRON mainnet launches."

And so the main thing:
Allocated 315,000 $IRON (0.75% of the total supply)They are divided into 2 pools and will be distributed according to the leaderboard (based on earned points).
⠀1st pool of $210,000 IRON:
-Launching a full node - 10 points every 12 hours of work;
- Sending a transaction with 0.1+ coin - 1 point;
-Finding bugs - 100 points for 1 accepted bug;
2nd pool of 105,000 $IRON:
Assistance in development - for each accepted PR:
-250 points - minor change;
-500 points - average;
-1000 points is big.
-a dedicated Discord channel (#community-dev) to discuss open source contributions.
ps. It is likely that the KYC process will be part of the eligibility determination.
Minimum hardware requirements to run a node?
Recommended minimum requirements from other community groups:
CPU 4 cores
RAM 8 GB RAM

What is graffiti? How to create it
Graffiti is your personal identifier. You need to set it up in order to receive credit for your participation in the testnet. We suggest using our new testnet CLI commands to make sure everything is properly configured for the Ironfish testnet. See the Getting Started section for details. https://ironfish.network/docs/onboarding/iron-fish-tutorial
