Technically, a failure swing setup was created yesterday, very evident on the 4h time frame: the price, exceeding 7k, went to trigger a lot of liquidity, shortly reaching 7.3.
Soon after, the pump was absorbed and the spark plug closed below 6.9.

All the ingredients are there: higher high on shadow, long shadow and significantly higher than average volumes.

Yesterday I preferred to wait for the closing of the daily, given the turbulence in progress and given the setting of very short most tending to bullish (higher lows, multiple endurance tests), to see the follow-up of the failure swing itself.

At the moment it does not convince me yet: on 4h there are still no lower lows and lower highs, indeed, the last swing high is even above 6.9.

Ultimately, the trigger for my SHORT would be a lower high (<6.8) and the confirmation would be the loss of 6.6.
The stop loss would instead be based on the swing high, because above 7.3 would penalize the R / R of the position too much.
