External Service Information

We are in the process of updating all of the external services that support the PRE token, exchanges, wallets, information services and aggregators.

It may take a few days or longer for all services to update their information as we do not control how or when this is done. All services have been contacted directly by the Presearch Team.

Instructions and Support

For wallets that automatically support PRE, once the wallet provider has updated the PRE contract address, your replacement tokens will automatically appear in your wallet.

For those wallets that require each token to be added manually, you will need to add a new custom token with the following information for your PRE to appear in your wallet:

Contract address: 0xEC213F83defB583af3A000B1c0ada660b1902A0F
Token Name: Presearch
Token Symbol: PRE
Decimals: 18

Once you add that information from the address where you held your previous PRE tokens, the new ones will appear.

We suggest that after you add your new token that you remove the old one to avoid confusion.

Token Withdrawals

Now that the new PRE token has been distributed, we are preparing to open up withdrawals of PRE tokens from Presearch.org during the week of October 19th.

In order to protect token holders from withdrawing their PRE to old deposit addresses that are no longer supported by exchanges, we are cancelling all pending withdrawals and ask that anyone wishing to withdraw please submit a new request using the new deposit addresses provided by exchanges.

Once withdrawals go live again and after initial testing, we will return to the previous 72-hour withdrawal timeline.
