Jupiter (JUP) has suddenly caught the market's attention again.
Over the past week, JUP has gained roughly 25%, while its 30-day performance has pushed above 30% on some markets. That kind of move is hard to ignore, especially for a token that has spent a long time trading well below its previous highs.
One interesting catalyst behind the recent momentum is Jupiter's new Universal Deposit feature, which allows users to move assets from networks such as Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Sui and receive USDC on Solana with a low flat fee.
Could JUP continue higher?
This is where things get interesting.
When a token starts moving after a long period of weakness, traders naturally start asking whether the move is just a short-term pump or the beginning of a larger trend reversal.
I'm leaning bullish on JUP in the short term, but after a 25%+ weekly move, chasing the price blindly can be dangerous. A healthy pullback followed by another breakout would look much stronger than simply going straight up.
For me, the key question is simple:
Can JUP turn this recent momentum into a sustained trend?
If it can, I wouldn't be surprised to see traders start talking about significantly higher levels again.
JUP is definitely one of the Solana tokens I'm watching closely right now.
