This is what Work-Life Balance looks like on 14 Oct 2026:

- Read a book on how to write well
- ⁠Had breakfast and caught up with various groups of students
- ⁠Crashed an ex-colleague’s lesson and watched him prepare his students for the upcoming ISC exam
- ⁠Napped 
- ⁠Got treated to lunch by Dad
- ⁠Watched the son write a compo on a birthday party. Reinforced the use of “over the moon”
- ⁠Worked on refining my HDP remarks but gave that up soon because my laptop went out of battery haha
- ⁠Finished my notes on Compound Sentences and Complex Sentences for the fourth graders

Amazingly, I didn’t feel pulled in all directions today. I dare say that I felt rejuvenated — except that I’m trying to get the four-year-old to stop playing at the playground just below our flat.
