During the June holidays, my parents-in-law came over from Japan to visit me and my family. My wife knew that they would like exquisite food, so we took them to a Japanese restaurant called Suju. I examined the menu, pondering my choice seriously. The hokke (mackerel) looked inviting and whetted my appetite, so I decided to order that.   Besides the hokke, my meal included fragrant rice and miso soup. I dug slowly into my food and chatted with my family. I enjoyed the time we spent together.
