December is known as 
Japan. It is known to be the most hectic period of the year. Traditionally, Buddhist priests were swarmed with requests during this month, which led to them having to run all over the place. Another reason is that the Japanese celebrate their New Year on the last day of the year. Hence, they would be preoccupied with the decluttering of their house as well as the preparing of the New Year feast.
