Dear Mr James,

I am Heng Kai Le from Yishun Primary School. I am writing to commend the exceptional level of service displayed by one of your staff, Mr Zheng Qin.

From the first time we met, Zheng Qin struck me as a warm and knowledgeable person. From sharing the intricacies of an integrated farming system to explaining the nutritional value of assorted vegetables to overseeing the smooth installation of our sparkling new vertical towers, he has been unceasing in his guidance. This was my first foray into urban farming but I never felt that my ignorance was an impediment because of his comforting presence. Even when problems arose (as is inevitable with first-time collaborations), I never felt overwhelmed because I was confident that he would help us figure out a way to get out of our predicament. I think back on the myriad experiences our students have gained, such as the harvesting of vegetables, and acknowledge that none of this would have happened without his companionship.

Personally, I am glad to have made a friend through this partnership.
