Mdlx, mdly The panic continues 47 cents on the dollar bonds

By edexter | Dexter's finance musings | 20 Mar 2019

(This is not investment advice do your own due diligence)  The panic in mdly and mdlx has continued into Wednesday plunging to below 47 cents on the dollar and beyond.  It appears that there is no mention of management contracts except in some of the comments of seeking alpha.  It appears that it is priced that someone will just magicly walk away with all the assets and there will not be compensation.

At 11.80 as of 3.37 mdlx is trading at an asumed bankruptcy instead of a three way merger.  The yield to call is well into the 20's.  I had called shareholder services asking about management contracts and also tried to Google it without luck so far.  One of the seeking alpha commenters claiming he was shorting the stocks was claiming the bonds were undervalued.
