Recently the craze for IEO and STO became rampant amongst crypto enthusiasts. IEO stands for Initial Exchange Offering while STO stands for Security Token Offering. Now my question is which do you prefer, IEO or STO? 

From my own point of view, IEO done on reputable exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, OKEX gives investors guarantee that the team has been verified ,their product or MVP checked and the coin or token is definitely going to be listed on the said exchange. 

On the other hand, STO is done to give investors an opportunity to buy into equity shares of an already existing company. 

Both are usually genuine and better off than the obsolete or traditional  ICO. I will like to know which of them crypto enthusiasts prefer? You can share your opinion by replying to this post.
