Yes the economy is changing in all realms everywhere. With the new incentives availble with these new forms of currency exchange allow a new way to own and have the rights to intellectual property like Art.
Check out this forum which is a prime example of this new avenue for artists to be compensated for their work. Just like this platform here which I think is wonderful.

I don't know about you but I can not help but be really excited for the future of Art. Never before has there been a time that just about anyone can make their mark with the tool of the internet that is at hand - Literally!
Starving artists can now order their next meal online using crypto-currency as well as have the chance to increase that wealth using one of the many trading platforms.
In these series of articles I can explain some of the steps one can take to use such a new fantastic medium of exchange and I feel it will continue to motivate and give incentive to really creative artists who never could of gotten their art out on this grand of scale.
