Most mornings, I've disciplined myself to do some working out and I use a variety of YouTube videos which stretch and energise my body. Our November mornings are around 26 degrees so nice and warm, clear blue skies, Cyprus, such a beautiful island.  We are surrounded by the Mediterranean sea. This morning, I thought the Israel/Hamas war had arrived right here.  You hear it in the distance at first and then it gets louder and louder until it flies high above our neighbourhoods at lightning speed. This fly over happens around 10 times this morning so my heart was proper beating and not just because I was doing cardio.

It made me think of those mothers, fathers, children who hear this and run for their lives and it also made me think, who gives you permission to fly over like this on a Sunday morning? Do you think it's all right to show your mighty force when people worked all week for some rest and quiet?  It's beyond me, this stupid world, I cannot fathom it out at all.  All I can do is offer up a prayer for those who not only hear this flyover but experience its deadly weapons. It's the ultimate in bullying, isn't it, when you have a large ocean of water to fly over, you prefer to put fear into people.
