The adoption of a new system, product, or platform comes when users are educated about it. Educated users make better decisions, resulting in better experiences. Better experiences result in more word of mouth referrals, which happens to be one of the most trusted referrals a project can get. So, to this sentiment, mass adoption of cryptocurrencies and decentralized applications will come after mass understanding of blockchain technology and the like.

Though the crypto community has grown consistently since Bitcoin's inception, to obtain mass adoption will require continuous community effort to enlighten non crypto users on all things about the chain. Unfortunately, this will be a hard battle as there is still a struggle within the community to find a consistent meeting place to connect.
