Last tomato - from green to red

I feel I owe to myself to publish this photo.

It's the last big tomato from our backyard garden. I picked it when it was still green. It ripened in a fine company of cherry tomatoes, apples, and kiwis.

Beautiful, isn't it?

It was a delicious addition to our breakfast on November 22nd.

Here it is the moment before I picked it, on October 17th.

What a wonderful transformation.
