My favorite place to run and hike, Magpie's Valley has a dark secret that isn't really a secret. Today I found out that this dark stop has been doubled.
What am I talking about? This morning, while running home I passed this enclosure.
At least two grown-up deer are captured here. What is their destiny? How will they end? I have a glom premonition that they'll finish as a meal in some fancy restaurant. I truly hope I am wrong. Yet ...
Sad, so sad. What monsters are we humans that we these beautiful creatures in the capture?
I checked the fence. Every single part of it is welded to the poles, the doors' hinges are welded on top too.
The only way to get through this fence is with a strong cutting tool.
Going away from the deer with an extremely bad taste in my mouth and a heavy and sad heart, I stopped again in the middle of the valley where the original fences are. Two big enclosures.

I will enquire about the legal status and who the owners of these fenced deer prisons are?
