What's buzzing, friends?

Not all creatures in this world are menaces - there are some that seem downright angelic. These small and delicate bugs were once overlooked, but thanks to a new photographic technique, these micro-masters have come into the limelight. These 10x magnification macro photographs are so intricate that you can see the fine lines of their feathers, bumps on their antennae, and the back of their eye cells. They are perfectly beautiful and terrifying - it is impossible not to feel entranced by these little creatures.

We like to look at insect photos because, to be perfectly honest, it’s fascinating to see what these little critters could look like up close. We feel like we may as well be looking at a whole new world all together. It’s so fascinating, so intriguing, so interesting, so wonderful, and so- and so- and so cool!

Our community highlight today is someone who explores this micro world of insects, flowers and more, then shares his findings with our community on a daily basis. Come along and let's discover who they are by going down the page a little bit more.

@fherdz hails from the Philippines and joined the blockchain way back in November 2017. On their banner, they spell out clearly what their joys are. These are, God, family, marriage, love, life, community, and photography. These are all awesome topics.

When you scroll through @fherdz posts, you will discover an individual who is passionate about photography, and focuses a lot on microphotography of insects. We are actually quite impressed that he is able to find so many insect models every day to take pictures of!

What you also discover when looking at @fherdz's account is someone who has gratitude and thanks to the people who vote and leave comments. They are always responding with positive messages to those people who engage with him. That shows a lot of community involvement, and speaks highly of someone's character.
