While development and updates run fast on the light wallet and the lightning DEX, the Stakenet team announced a mandatory update for the XSN Core Wallet.

This update must be done by October 8 and focuses on TPoS and Masternode stability improvements and the much awaited TPoS signature update that will allow staking from a hardware device (like Ledger Nano S or Trezor).

If you host your Masternode on the Stakenet cloud like myself, the cloud team has already upgraded on their side, so you should install the 1.0.22 core wallet, go to the masternodes tab and click on "start alias" on your masternode. In a few minutes the status will go from pre-enabled to enabled and i've already received new rewards on my masternodes.
